This site was selected to supplement the growing tenant demand in Henderson, following the sale of our Swanson Road property.

This complex was purchased in May 2017 in order to extend Clarke Groups strategic positioning in South Auckland region. The site was selected due to its proximity to the Manurewa Town Centre and State Highway One where rental demand is evident. The development envisages 90 studios with 85 carparks.
